Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate concession stands, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with box office operations, including ticket sales and customer service.
  • Participate in pre-show and intermission activities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve theatre goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres.
