Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of employees, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage the guest experience, ensuring every guest is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
  • Assist with managing the theatre's budget and growing revenue.
  • Forecast and initiate action/projects to drive business forward and strengthen Cineplex as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
