Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Greenhouse Cultivation Specialist to join our team at Southshore Greenhouses Inc. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and performing various tasks related to crop care, maintenance, and harvesting.




  • Responsibilities:



  • Clean and maintain greenhouse crops, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing.
  • Perform manual removal of suckers and water sprouts.
  • Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage.
  • Operate machinery and equipment as required.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.


Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
  • Reliability and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
