The Opportunity

The B2B Marketing team at Agoda seeks a visionary Content Strategy Director to lead and amplify content marketing efforts. This crucial role enhances brand visibility and creates compelling narratives that resonate with B2B partners and prospective partners.

Role Overview

As the Content Strategy Director, you will oversee the development and execution of communication strategies targeted at B2B partners. This includes defining Agoda's core value propositions, crafting content for presentations, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across departments to identify and showcase strengths in the B2B travel sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement content strategies that engage B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcing Agoda's value across business units.
  2. Lead and inspire teams by managing a dynamic content strategy team, providing mentorship and guidance, developing KPIs, and recruiting top talent to enhance team capabilities.
  3. Collaborate across departments to align content strategies with business objectives, identifying strengths and opportunities within Agoda's B2B offerings.
  4. Analyze and optimize content by collaborating with analysts to monitor effectiveness and optimize strategies leveraging data insights on all communication to ensure maximum impact.
  5. Enhance sales materials and strategy by developing and refining sales collateral to support commercial teams and improve partner engagement.
  6. Possess exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations.
  7. Utilize a data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills to leverage data to substantiate content strategies and value propositions.

    Salary

    We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
