Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely forecasting models to support business decisions, leveraging primary and secondary data sources.
  2. Sales & Data Reporting: Design and implement standard reports to support key performance indicators, executive leadership decision-making, and financial summaries.

Requirements
  1. Bilingual in French and English (written/spoken).
  2. University degree in Business or Science.
  3. Minimum of 3+ years' experience in forecasting, marketing research, sales/marketing analysis, sales, marketing, finance, or other analytical function preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Proficient understanding of current and future pharmaceutical market drivers, competitive environment, and treatment algorithms across a range of disease areas.
  5. Firm understanding of the unique pharmaceutical market, customer, patient, and healthcare system in Canada.
  6. Knowledge of IQVIA databases, products, and services.
  7. Proficient in use of forecasting and model-building software.
  8. Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset.
  9. Ability to synthesize large and complex amounts of data from various sources and effectively present major themes to senior stakeholders.
  10. Strong communication and influencing skills.
  11. Self-starter who recognizes opportunities to add value and takes initiative.
  12. Excellent interpersonal skills for interactions with high-profile stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  13. Proven analytical skills to identify business opportunities, risks, and key insights.
  14. A robust business acumen and ability to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions.
