Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef for Japanese Cuisine who can lead our kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine
Work Environment

As an Executive Chef for Japanese Cuisine, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
