Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jin Dragon Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Willingness to relocate.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to train staff.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:
