Food Service Team Lead

At Ye's Wok Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
