About Us:

LabTest Certification Inc. is a Canadian-based company with a global presence in testing, inspection, and certification services.

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our QMS department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for new business opportunities and build relationships with current and potential clients
  • Manage client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
