About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team at Gino's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Work Environment

As a Pizza Cook at Gino's Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic kitchen setting.

Experience and Education

We are looking for candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
