About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Auto Insurance Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments to increase revenue and provide a comprehensive insurance solution for our clients.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, inventory restocking, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of $40,000.00 to $44,000.00, plus commissions based on successful sales performance.
