Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Governance & Control (G&C) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on business risks in the Wealth Lines of Business, as well as providing ad hoc business support to the Wealth team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet with Wealth lines of business regularly to understand and review business risks, using best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Promote strong risk management practices and principles across the business unit, while consolidating risk information and summarizing issues for senior management.
  3. Prepare and present risk forum materials to executives across Wealth on business risks, using digitalization and visualization to enhance reporting.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years' experience in Wealth in risk management, compliance, or consultant/advisory experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to communicate clearly at all levels, including ability to prepare executive level decks, memos, and reports.
  3. Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
