Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell/KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
