We are seeking skilled Nurse Care Specialists to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment at RhynoCare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver excellent nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Assess and evaluate the needs of our residents, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their quality of life.
  • Provide educational and support services to residents, families, and caregivers to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and regulations governing long-term care in British Columbia.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Medical Clearance, including TB tests, and Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
