Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Boye Construction Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete. They will also assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as required
