About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Sagar Property Management. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Assist with the construction and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Weed, Prune and Trim Trees and Plants: Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut Grass: Cut grass and other vegetation to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Rake and collect refuse and debris from the grounds.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Remove litter and garbage from the grounds.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Lay sod or seed as needed to maintain the grounds.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Apply fertilizers to plants and trees as needed.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Repair and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns and/or Gardens: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens as needed.
