Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Sagar Property Management. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, including landscaping, weeding, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds of our properties, including landscaping, weeding, and equipment operation
  • Assist with landscape constructions and repairs
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including tractors and snowblowers
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including raking, collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
