Your Role

">

As a Client Services Representative, you will act as a front-line service provider, responding to inquiries from members via phone, email, and in writing. You will also correspond with stakeholders, escalate complex cases, and maintain established service standards.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • University degree and/or college diploma and/or a combination of equivalent training, education, and experience;">
  • Three to five years of experience in the customer service/pension/insurance/finance industry;">
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English;">
  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset;">
  • Understanding of Canadian pension and tax legislation (ITA, PBA);">
  • Experience working within a contact center environment is considered an asset;">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent decision-making skills; excellent time management skills; strong interpersonal skills; and proven ability to grasp and apply complex legislation to client queries for resolution of issues.">
