Key Responsibilities:
• Teach quantitative research methods to undergraduate students
• Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, student consultations, and course administration
• Mark and grade student assignments and exams
• Provide feedback and guidance to students
Qualifications:
• PhD in Business or a related discipline (senior doctoral candidates may be considered)
• Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
• Prior teaching and/or research experience in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources
• Evidence of effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
Compensation:
• $7, per half course (195 hours nominally)
• $14, per full course (390 hours nominally)
Work Schedule:
• Mondays and Wednesdays
