About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Welbeck Transport Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
