Food Service Team Lead

At Kaipings Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, hiring food service staff, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. Additionally, the candidate will prepare budget and cost estimates, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
