As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will be a strong techno-functional resource that will ensure existing systems are maintained, opportunities identified for improvement, and will ensure projects move forward on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to establish and implement effective solutions to business problems.
  • Coordinate work with IT team members, vendors, business stakeholders, and other resources to deliver business value in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Build understanding of Sales and Logistics Business Processes and the technology that supports it.
  • Translate business needs to Functional & Technical requirements documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs for resolution & development along with our delivery partners.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within business process and technology solutions related to the Sales and Logistics domain.
  • Collaboratively work with, provide direction to, and support internal and external partners supporting Sales and Logistics applications.
  • Understand, advocate, and support enterprise strategies.
  • Serve as either a project manager (small initiatives) or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner.
  • Champion Continuous improvement within IT Team.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of existing application roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with a strong preference for proficient understanding in SAP and SAP S4 environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting Order-to-Cash and Logistics related applications.
  • Experience with SAP SD, MM, TM, PM, SAP IBP, and other related solutions considered an asset.
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating and communicating effectively in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teams.
  • Superior Time Management skills. Able to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in translating business problems into detailed requirements and technical specifications.
  • Adept at developing business cases, requirement documentation, and test plans to support system activity.
  • History of serving as Technical Lead and/or Project Manager on project initiatives.
  • Demonstrates history of continuous training & learning in technology, leadership, and communication.
  • Experience applying the processes of the Software Development Life Cycle.
