Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Solution Delivery Manager to join our IT team. As a strong techno-functional resource, you'll ensure existing systems are maintained, opportunities for improvement are identified, and projects move forward on time and within budget. You'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and coordinate work with IT team members, vendors, business stakeholders, and other resources to establish and implement effective solutions to business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build understanding of Sales and Logistics business processes and the technology that supports them.
  • Translate business needs to functional and technical requirements documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs for resolution and development.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions related to the Sales and Logistics domain.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners supporting Sales and Logistics applications.
  • Understand, advocate, and support enterprise strategies.
  • Serve as a project manager or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting Order-to-Cash and Logistics related applications.
  • Experience with SAP SD, MM, TM, PM, SAP IBP, and other related solutions is considered an asset.
