Key Responsibilities- Determine Method of Shipment: Collaborate with our team to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our clients.
- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Plan and coordinate the timely delivery of goods to our customers, ensuring that deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Develop and maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system to track shipments, inventory, and customer information.
- Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure that they are properly secured and handled with care.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
