Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and sales transactions.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives.
Work Environment:

This role is based in a rural area, with public transportation available. You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work shift or on-call hours.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.Work Term:

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
