Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including sales staff and inventory management
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are easily accessible to customers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:
  • Work in a retail setting, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • May be required to work in a rural area or in a retail business setting
