As the Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a high-performance sales team that drives significant B2B business growth across Canada.

  • Envision and implement a market-leading business plan that supports growth and overachievement of business goals, objectives, and financial targets.">
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by driving real and long-standing relationships that lead to innovative outcomes for customers.">
  • Develop key alliances with strategic partners and enabling organizations.">
  • Act as a strong ambassador for the Telus organization, upholding its values and behaviors.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • 10+ years' successful sales experience in B2B.">
  • 5+ years' experience leading high-performance sales teams.">
  • Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, in any region in Canada.">
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian market, including developed relationships.">
  • Strong bilingual English and French communication skills.">
  • Able to articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business.">
