We are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Courtenay, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Job Summary
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and valid ECE certification in Canada. Previous experience working with young children is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that foster a love of learning in young children.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Observe and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's unique learning needs.
