Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and key distribution
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage room inventory and maintain accurate records of guest stays
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
