We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Director to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our educational programs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students
- Lead a team of educators and support staff to deliver programs and services
- Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support program delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in educational leadership or program management
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing educational programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
