Job Title: Director, Medical Education and Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Medical Education and Training. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our medical education and training programs to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.

About the Role

The Director, Medical Education and Training will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive medical education and training programs that align with our organization's strategic objectives. This will involve working closely with our subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other teams to design and deliver high-quality educational content and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical education and training programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver educational content and training programs
  • Manage and coordinate the development and delivery of educational content and training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical education and training programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality educational content and training programs
Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, healthcare, business)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical education and training, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful medical education and training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
