At Speedy Cash Canada, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with ease and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance daily transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Promote financial products and services to clients, providing personalized recommendations to meet their financial needs.
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information on our financial products and services, ensuring all client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash transactions securely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or financial transaction role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
