About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Strategist to join our team at 2G1 Works. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and strategy of our graphic design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
  • Evaluate project timelines and allocate resources accordingly to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop innovative visual concepts that align with their brand identity.
  • Determine the most suitable medium and communication channel for each project.
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable graphic elements and typography guides.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency across projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The actual compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and background.
