Job Title: Instructor, Martial Arts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructor, Martial Arts to join our team at DCS Fitness & Martial Arts LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to share their expertise and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective martial arts training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide one-on-one instruction and coaching to students, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Lead group classes and workshops, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest martial arts techniques and best practices, incorporating new ideas and methods into your instruction.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive martial arts program.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in martial arts instruction, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic security clearance and a satisfactory criminal record check.
