Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at DCS Fitness & Martial Arts LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Deliver martial arts training sessions to individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Program Development: Plan and develop new martial arts programs, including curriculum design and lesson planning.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in martial arts instruction or a related field.
  • Certifications: Martial arts instructor certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and a strong understanding of martial arts principles and techniques.
