Restaurant Operations Manager

Farren Fun Foods is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in budget analysis, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop budgets to optimize restaurant profits
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demands
  • Recruit and manage staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
