Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is committed to delivering high-quality care to Canadians across various home and community settings.

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our School-based Rehabilitation Program in Toronto, working with complex core clients in schools and homes. Our experienced team provides a supportive environment, with a steady schedule during the school year and optional lighter workload during the summer months.

This is an urgent need for a full-time or part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist who can work within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop client-centered therapy care plans for children and youth with therapy needs.
  • Provide therapy care to complex pediatric clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions within the GTA community, including home and school settings.
  • Facilitate partnerships between families, schools, and local healthcare systems to ensure clients can attend school, participate in activities, and engage with the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Current active registration as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Prior experience in pediatric care is preferred
  • ADP Authorizer or willingness to be trained is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
