We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Process and fulfill parts orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock levels and ordering.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an auto parts advisory role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts, and accessories.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports using computerized systems.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
