Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Golden BlueBirds Home Health-Care Services. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work, including evenings and weekends.
