Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Store Operations
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate sales transactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory and Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance.
- Other Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
