We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Moose Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with current operations and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our facilities are well-stocked and that our guests have everything they need.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Learning/training paid by employer.
- Permanent employment.
- 30 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
