This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with our unique integrated team of project delivery and healthcare operations specialists.

You will work closely with senior members of our team and engage with clients on a wide variety of major, high-profile projects from the planning stage through execution to occupancy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project implementation plans for clients using our proven planning processes and tools.
  • Assist with the preparation and conducting of facilitated planning sessions with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and the path forward.
  • Support the identification of key issues and risks to the project outcome and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
