Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Thakkar Hospitality ON-SW Inc DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package take-out food to meet customer expectations
  • Portion and wrap food items accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet quality standards
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and high pressure to meet customer demands. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
