Definity Financial Corporation seeks a highly skilled Actuarial Specialist to join its experienced commercial pricing department. This role will involve developing actuarial and commercial insurance product knowledge, as well as applying professional experience with spreadsheets, databases, and statistical software to prepare and analyze data for profitability analysis and other diverse applications.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a quantitative field, completion of a minimum of 6 CAS exams, and 6 to 10 years of P&C actuarial experience. Strong programming skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to perform well in a busy operation are also essential.

Responsibilities include communicating actuarial concepts to different stakeholders, producing various data exhibits and analyses, and independently responding to routine requests from internal and external stakeholders.
