Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Alexander Machica Household. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and supervising children
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties, including light housekeeping and cleaning
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Engage children in activities such as games, outings, and educational programs
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in childcare
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Working Conditions:
  • Non-smoking and scent-free environment
  • Room and board provided
  • 40 hours per week
