Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Administration to join our team.
This key role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that our administrative staff is efficient and effective in their duties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to communicate effectively with our team members and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle all aspects of invoicing, billing, and bid submissions.
• Facilitate office policies and procedures to ensure they meet our organization's standards.
• Oversee the maintenance of office systems, including ordering supplies, organizing filing systems, and scheduling meetings.
• Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors as the main point of contact.
• Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned.
• Lead office management, directing administrative assistants and other secretarial duties.
Qualifications
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the industry is beneficial.
• Possess exceptional problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems.
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 per year.
