Job Title: Painting and Decorating Supervisor

Exalted Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations on our construction sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painting and decorating teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Plan and manage the painting and decorating schedule, including resource allocation and material ordering.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop painting and decorating team members.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located outdoors, and the work environment can be noisy. You will be required to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
