The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician to join our team in Penticton. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment. You will work directly with clients to understand their issues and troubleshoot to solve the problem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment
  • Work with clients to understand their issues and troubleshoot to solve the problem
  • Travel to clients' homes and community facilities to accommodate their needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment
  • Exposure to using diagnostic tools and power equipment
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
