Stonewood Group Inc. seeks an accomplished President and CEO who will supervise the organization's affairs under the Board of Directors' strategic direction, overseeing ongoing management, administration, and community persona.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Direction: Refine our vision, setting the organization's roadmap, assessing our existing plan against changing technology landscapes and stakeholder requirements.
- Advocacy: Initiate projects and strong OCRI advocacy at government meetings.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure timely implementation and execution of our strategic vision.
- Leadership: Provide direction, performance management, and developmental support for the executive team.
- Communication: Inform stakeholders and the Board on key performance indicators and maintain relationships.
- Economic Development Expertise: Experience or understanding of reciprocal international investment, trade, and networking.
- CEO or Executive Director Experience: Proven leadership in P&L management and corporate governance.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism considered an asset.
- Sustainable Relationships: A track record of building sustainable relationships at public and private levels.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
