Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Discovery Academy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness and engagement with our target audience
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute events, conferences, and workshops to promote our programs and services
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Communication and Content Creation
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with our target audience
    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Marketing Materials and Collateral
    • Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters
    • Develop and maintain our brand identity and visual style
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of our campaigns
    • Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
Work Environment

As a Marketing Specialist at Discovery Academy, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing goals.
